AKTIVA Construction is the founding division — operating since 1999. It delivers industrial buildings turn-key: design, structural steel, civil envelope, building services, automation and commissioning, under a single A-Licence general-contractor mandate.
Most reference projects are production plants for European OEMs in the Balkans — VanHool, Dura Automotive, Magna Mirrors, Johnson Controls, WIK GmbH, Condevo, Quehenberger. €137 M built, 223,000 m² covered to date.

In-house steel fabrication feeds every site.
Two CNC drilling-and-sawing lines accept beams up to 12 m at HEA-1000 profile capacity. Programs read directly from CAD models — drill patterns and cuts run unattended, keeping plant lead times short and on-site erection sequence reliable.
